At My Soul Sisters Boutique we want you to love your item as much as we do. However, if for any particular reason you are unhappy with your item you are more than welcome to return it for a store credit provided:
- Item must be returned to My Soul Sisters Boutique within 7 days of the customer receiving the parcel
- Item remain in original condition with swing tags attached
- No makeup stains or perfume
- Returns form and its original invoice
- Must be full priced items
- Item using a store credit voucher cannot be returned
We will inspect the item prior to issuing a store credit and store credit is only for the item price which does not include the original postage charge.
Store credits expire 6 months from issue date.
We will not hold any item for exchange due to high demands. You will need to be issued your store credit to make an exchange or you can simply place a new order so you do not miss out on that item.

If the item is faulty and is approved by My Soul Sisters Boutique, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we will then cancel the payment plan once the item has been returned to us. Please refer to our ‘Faulty Returns’ for further details.
At My Soul Sisters Boutique we inspect every garment prior to wrapping and shipping to our customers to ensure we only send items that are in pristine condition. However on the slight chance you feel there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault. Once approved, we will then cover the return postage and issue you with a prepaid postage slip. Complete the returns form explaining the fault and post the item back to us.
